Competition Schedule
Below is a list of all Competitions and Conventions on our 2023 schedule. We've indicated which ones are required, which ones are optional, along with details about charges and other pertinent information. We are also providing hotel recommendations. If your dancer is only in one dance, you will only need a hotel for the conventions, however you may want a hotel for competitions even if you only have one dance to avoid leaving your house very early or late. Please note: We do not know performance times until approximately one week before the dates listed below.
Encore (Rocky Mount)

- Charge date: We will charge families on August 15, 2022. Elite and all Solo/Duet/Trio dancers must let us know by August 11 if they will compete here.
- Cost: $160 for Solo, $30 for Solo Title, $82/dancer for Duet/Trio, $66/dancer for a Group
Inspire (Rocky Mount)

- Cost: $160 for Solo, $80/dancer for Duet/Trio, $64/dancer for a Group, $50 for Title, $40 for Photogenic
Hollywood Dance Jamz (Winston-Salem)

- Charge date: We will charge families on September 12, 2022.
- Cost
- Convention: $145 for convention for ages 5-7 (one day only); $275 for all others
- Competition: $150 per Solo; $80 per person in Duet/Trio; $60 per member for each Group
NYCDA (Greenville)
March 31 - April 1

- Required for Elite (competition + convention), optional competition for Solos/Duets/Trios
- Convention optional for all other Starlettes
- Hotel recommendation - Hilton Greenville (ask for NYCDA rate by March 1); Holiday Inn Greenville ((ask for NYCDA rate by March 1)
- Charge date: We will charge families on September 28, 2022. All dancers will need to let us know if they will attend by September 27. Solos/Duets/Trios need to let us know by September 27 if they are competing.
- Cost
- Convention: $290 ($125 for ages 5-7)
- Competition: $170 per solo; $80 per person in Duet/Trio; $63 per member for each Group
Ignite (Henderson)

- Hotel recommendation: Hampton Inn Henderson ($135/night). Deadline to book is March 13, 2023.
- Charge date: We will charge families on October 12, 2022.
- Cost -- $160 for Solo; $80 for Duet/Trio; $62 for each member of each group
Starquest (Goldsboro)

- Cost - EACH DANCER must pay a $25 photo/video fee in addition to their competition fee which gives them access to professional photos and videos. $145 per solo; $75 per person in Duet/Trio; $60 for each member of each group
