For the month of July, we have chosen to do the following and understand we will be charged accordingly (We understand we should register for this on our own):

I have read the Starlette Agreement and agree to its terms. I understand there is a $75 fee should my dancer withdraw from the team at any point in the season once this form is submitted. Once I submit this form, I understand my StudioDirector account will be charged the remainder of my Starlette registration fee and a Starpath staff member will make any necessary jazz schedule changes and add my student to their rehearsals.
