Starlette Team and Professional Path Programs
We believe each dancer is on their own unique journey and we strive to help them achieve their dance goals; no matter what they may be! Starpath Dance Academy's competitive Starlette dance team and the Professional Path Program are designed for those who want to explore dance at the most dedicated level. It requires dancers to be well-rounded by taking Tap, Ballet, and Jazz. This program takes a holistic approach and focuses on dance education, mental discipline, and growing confidence!
The application and audition period for the 2024-25 Starlette dance team has ended. Stay tuned to our newsletters for information about auditioning for the 2025-26 dance team.
STARLETTES DANCE TEAMS
The Starlettes are our award-winning performance teams that are made up of our most dedicated dancers. The Starlettes perform in popular competitions across the state. Our dancers have won overall awards, scholarships, and trophies at these competitions and we are so proud of them!
OUR COMMITMENT
- Being respectful and positive.
- Providing the highest quality of dance education. Our teachers are the best in the industry and go through a rigorous interview and training process.
- Requiring dance education that includes tap, ballet, and jazz and offering additional classes to ensure dancers are well-rounded, hirable, and sought after for any dance performance or employment opportunity.
- Providing performance and competitive opportunities to allow dancers to showcase their talents and receive feedback to help them grow as dancers.
- Having clear communication about competitions, conventions, and other events.

PARENT / GUARDIAN COMMITMENT
- Being respectful and positive.
- Checking email, website, and social media regularly.
- Following through on commitments.
- Paying the team registration fee.
- Making payments on time.
- Supporting all dancers and Starpath faculty / staff.
DEFINING SUCCESS
This program is designed to allow our dancers to achieve their dance dreams both big (dancing on Broadway), small (executing a double turn), and everything in between!
We believe that trophies and medals, while a great tool to motivate work ethic, do not equate to success in the dance world. While we compete to win, we do not confine our definition of success to receiving or not receiving a trophy.

- Setting new goals, reaching them, and then setting new ones
- Showcasing our talents and receiving new feedback to improve every day so we can stand out at auditions / get roles in top performances
