Enrollment Manager
The Enrollment Manager is responsible for new student acquisition. They will report directly to the Founder of Starpath Dance Academy and manage the registration process, actively follow-up with leads, book and manage trials, process payments, process inquiries, and handle cancellations while trying to retain them.

The Enrollment Manager is responsible for new student acquisition. They will report directly to the Founder of Starpath Dance Academy and manage the registration process, actively follow-up with leads, book and manage trials, process payments, process inquiries, and handle cancellations while trying to retain them.
Primary Responsibility Areas:
- Manage the enrollment process from inquiry from lead status to student.
- Utilize a spreadsheet to monitor and report on progress / status of all activity vs. stated goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receives all system emails when people enroll or do not complete enrollment
- Receives all website inquiries
- Processes payments
- Ensures new enrollees receive all pertinent information
- Ensures new enrollees are tagged and flagged properly
- Manages promotions and payments
- Manages inquiry spreadsheet and follow-ups
- Manages drip email campaigns
- Calls and emails leads
- Sets up and follows through with trials and communicate pertinent information to staff
- Handles all cancellation requests with a follow-up phone call
- Manages waitlists
- Inputs new dance seasons into our system
- Sends weekly enrollment and drop reports to the Founder
- Implements re-enrollment campaigns
- Works with Head of Marketing on New Enrollment Campaigns
- Works with Community Relations Specialist to host events to enroll students from new communities
- In-studio referrals
- Automation optimization
Required Skills:
- Self-motivated

- Problem-solving abilities
- Sales mindset with strong focus on achieving stated goals
- High emotional intelligence — ability to handle stressed parents or sensitive cancellation conversations with empathy
- Extreme organization — ability to jump between a phone call, an email, and a spreadsheet without losing track of a lead
- Proficient computer skills, particularly Excel / Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, and CRM software
- Willing to work in a commission-based compensation structure
Special Events and Programs Intern
The Special Programs and Events Intern will report directly to the Founder of Starpath Dance Academy and work closely with the Head of Marketing. Their primary responsibility will be to coordinate all aspects of Special Programs and Events, including but not limited to: managing schedules, enrollment and curriculum coordination for special programs and events, and to manage procedures for special projects. This requires hands-on ability to work successfully with all employees. The Special Events Intern will have excellent organization and communication skills, possess the ability to work within a team, and be a self-starter to ensure Starpath's special events and programs are successful.

The Special Events Intern will have excellent organization and communication skills, possess the ability to work within a team, and be a self-starter to ensure Starpath's special events and programs are successful.
Primary Responsibility Areas:
- Manage the organization’s special programs and events to ensure their expansion and growth through measurable goals
Roles and Responsibility:
- Responsible for special event organization, implementation, communication, staffing, and operations. This includes camps, birthday parties, skill clinics, socials, Sparkle Days, Bring-a-Friend Week; Parent Observation Weeks in fall and spring, Customer Appreciation Week, Spirit Week, Picture Week, and Recital prep.
- Responsible for collaboration with Marketing to plan and execute regular marketing and social media campaigns around programs and events while providing input on design and materials
- Curriculum and schedule coordination with instructors and staff
- Basic training of office personnel on special event programs and related sales material
- Coordinate the registration process of student enrollment and payment processing
- Work with office administration to maintain proper supplies for camps
- Customer service management of special events ensuring Starpath office staff involved
- Coordination of special projects including: costume distribution, private lessons, substitutions, recommendation forms, and Recital choreography sales
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Current Student or Recent Grad: Focusing on Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Relevant background: Experience in event planning, camps, or high-touch customer service
- Project management: Ability to multitask and track details for various events (camps, clinics, socials, etc)
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with leadership, staff, and parents
- Self-starter: High initiative; able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Team player: Collaborative spirit with the "hands-on" ability to work across all departments
- Adaptable: Resilient and professional during high-energy event weeks
- Flexible schedule: Availability for occasional evenings or weekends to support seasonal events
